nice atmosphere, love the cat and brilliant drinks and food!

Went to this place for the first time today, the initial attraction was that I had my golden retriever with me and they are a dog friendly place so scored 10 out of 10 for that alone, but then decided to have something to eat and oh my goodness, exquisite or what, burger and sweet potato chips to die for, even the slaw was yummy, the ambiance is terrific too and as the students are away it was really quiet which for me today was a bonus - bet when the students are back it's a really excellent vibe, definitely going to be going back, well done all involved.

On my way back to home, HoW can you not pass by. However, this is not the only reason, thanks for attractive and friendly staff

Every time I come here the staff are so friendly and nice. The atmosphere is always relaxed and fun! The music is always great! I ordered some food for the first time the other night and thought it was yum! The drinks are cheap, what's not to Love!!

only 4 stars because it was really cold inside( invest in some heaters) plus music was really loud . it was hard to talk. everything else perfect, food, coctails

(pineapple pinacolada yummy) and of course animal friendly place. black cat Roger chill on the chair :) great for night out or just meeting with family and friends !!!

Food fantastic and fantastically priced. Service, tho, a bit erratic and even unenthusiastic.

Enjoyable environment to sit in, not bad music. However food took almost 20 minutes after my friends' food in an essentially empty cafe, chips were then forgotten and reordered, and finally a large bone in my wrap. Good cafe but needs sorting out in terms of service and quality

Was called a liar by manager when I complained I didn't receive my portion of chips. Completely atrocious. 0/10

Not great to be honest. The quality of food has really gone down hill. It wasn’t so much the cooking but the ingredients. Staff as always were friendly but the food quality has lost its way sadly.

Decent food and atmosphere. Massive disappointment that you are throwing around Eco Hub with little evidence of sustainable practice. I didn't expect to get my sit in food in a polystyrene container. I then sat outside in a tshirt because the gas powered patio heaters were all on. Do what your doing with a bit more conviction or stop using "ECO" to sell mislabelled service.
