Beginner'S Yoga

Yesterday I had the privilege to teach a yoga class on "Celebrating the World around us" on a yoga weekend at Park Place, Wickham, in beautiful weather .

I have ahd to make the decision to close my yoga class on a Tuesday evening at Stamshaw and Tipner Community Centre. I do still offer yoga classes at The Stacey Centre on a Monday evening 6:00-7:00pm, on a Thursday morning at Buckland Community Centre between 9:30-10:30am and at Anchorage Lodge, Anchorage Park on a Thursday evening between 6:30-8:00pm.

Tomorrow beginners yoga will be running their beginners yoga class at Buckland Community Centre between 9:30-10:30am. Cost £3.50 Having had a good response on the first week, there are only 5 spaces left in the class. If you would like to come along to a friendly yoga class , which is ideal for those seeking relaxation in their ever busy lives then please feel free to come along and try yoga for the first time. I am pleased to announce that on the 12th June I will be running a new yoga class at the Stacey Centre,WalsallRoad,Copnor on a Monday evening from5pm-6pm. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities.cost £5.00,just turn up and pay on the evening. Today I am running my monthly Hatha Yoga Class at Portsmouth Temple of Spiritualism, Victoria Road, Southsea. The class runs from 5-6:30pm and the cost is £5.00. Yoga Mats can be provided , please bring with you a shawl or blanket.
