Based in Derby the practice was founded in 1973 with a strong local client base. Our services were heavily focused on Charity and Property Law. However, in the late 2008 we began a scheme of major expansion, adding solicitors to our team that had a range of experience in different areas of law, to handle new matters. This has allowed us to offer a complete package of legal services to our clients. ​ We are now able to offer initial advice and assistance to our clients in any area of law, and full representation in the majority of cases regardless of the area. In addition, we will offer free initial advice in relation to any legal matter, following which either a specialist of our firm shall be arranged to represent our clients, or alternatively a specialist referral shall be made on their behalf. We place high emphasis on our quality of service and we also try to make the process as easy for our clients as possible. Our approach is informal and unstuffy and when you choose to instruct us we feel sure that you will be pleasantly surprised at both our attitude and cost.
