Being Dads started to scratch my own itch. In 2014 I had a moment of being an angry dad, I knew I needed to change. But I didn't know what it meant to be a great dad. So I set out to find out what it meant and how to get there. Being Dads shares everything me and many other dads have learnt. Interviews with incredible dads, the latest research and the successful experiments. Through Being Dads I now coach and run workshops to help other dads.
