Out walking Sidd this morning, reflecting on what we discussed at Sunday’s Mindfulness Retreat. With busy people rushing past me on their way to work or looking down at their phones. I couldn’t help admiring all the wild flowers around us all. Life springs up in all spaces and reminds us to let in the good stuff and look at the moment in a different way among the chaos that can be around us in our day to day lives. Mental Health awareness week brought lots of ideas to the surface. Of course mental health awareness isn't something to think about for 1 week, we have to take it into consideration full time. Building in lifestyle changes and creating a mindful approach to each day is certainly a HUGE start to tackling existing issues we may have, or prevention. The summer season is a time for recharging our batteries and gaining some energy back. It's the perfect time to begin your mindful behaviour, which is why I've set up a plan for the coming weeks.

A nice short week ahead after our Bank Holiday today. We may end up trying to squeeze in extra things to do before the end of the month, but here's an idea.
