The women on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t help me at all, I haven’t had the time to ask her my question that she were shouting at me. This experience left me extremely frustrated and I have no other choice now then going to the embassy to sort things out as I can’t manage to get help over the phone. Shame on her.

It is terrible. Very poor service, rude and unhelpful. I wanted to ask some questions related to my visa since it is so difficult to get anyone to talk to you on the phone. After arriving at the Embassy, I asked questions to a member of staff, but she simply didn't give me any appropriate answers. Instead of answering my questions, she said to me everything is on the website. Their website is qso bad. If I had found everything on the website, I would not have gone to the Embassy. Overall, it was wasting time.

Superb. I was in and out of there under 3 minutes with my ID application processed and paid for. High praise for friendly, efficient and multilingual staff.

I input "Belgium visa" in google maps and it automatically gave this address. It is not where you apply for a Belgium visa. The correct one is at 66 WILSON STREET. I thought it'd be helpful for others to come here mistakenly for visa application. I gave 3 stars as a neutral review as it is a tip and only has to do with the google maps search.

Person who picked up the phone had such a terrible phone manner and so much attitude. Made me feel really uncomfortable and offended with his style of speech. Really didn't expect this. Let's hope when I go the embassy they don't treat me in the same manner. Awful first experience. Its not Worthy of 1 star .
