Friendly and helpful staff, amazing food and cakes

Very friendly people every time I have been there. Also gotten two birthday cakes from here. I am actually from Belgium and this as good as a cake from your local bakkerij (baker), which is a very pleasant surprise to find in UK. The style is a bit more of a Brussels-based baker as the owners of the franchise are French speakers from Brussels.

The restaurant is quite good as well, definitely expensive but a nice treat to do on a day out in the area for a nice breakfast, brunch or lunch. The food is a nice twist on Belgian recipes.

Cakes, coffee and desserts are fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive. Sandiwches are good and presented well but other hot food is disappointing. I go here fairly often and do recommend it.

We have received our tea for voucher after only ordering on Thursday and got it Saturday .Very impressed with the service and the box it came in thanks once again for a prompt service

service was not great. after quite some time our food had not arrived, and it transpired had not been begun so we gave up!
