Who would have thought I'd ever 'love' the gym? All thanks to Dwayne's knowledge, encouragement and support, best decision I've made to take up personal training sessions. Totally changing my lifestyle around!
The PT sessions are great I work a hundred times harder than I would on my own! Dwayne keeps it interesting by tailoring the work out to meet my goals and not repeating the workout week to week
Started workout sessions a couple of weeks ago and although hard I'm enjoying it. Dwayne makes you feel confident that he has taken into consideration your body"s individual requirements and adapts as necessary. οΏ½
Itβs been a pleasure working with Dwayne, Heβs a great motivator and very knowledgeable in both nutrition and fitness. The sessions are hard but enjoyable and when I couldnβt make a session due to any work commitments, I would really miss the sessions. I joined BCA because I wanted to get fit. I'm not drastically overweight and after a few months I'm beginning to see improvement and definition.
I have increased my water intake considerably due to Dwayne's influence. You get support with what to eat, what is healthy and what isn't.
