Team Margot is a charity which was set up in memory of Margot Martini, who was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer at just 14 months old. The charity campaigns for everyone who possibly can, to register as a stem cell and bone marrow donor to help save the lives of those impacted by diseases such as leukaemia and lymphoma. 4. Just keep churning! Gelato is churned slower and longer, so it has a denser, more intense texture.
5. YUMMIER 🙂 Because of how it’s made most people agree that gelato packs more of a flavour punch than its American ice cream counterpart. The density means it’s more colourful too- meaning your tongue can be stained whatever colour you want!
