I'm a tennant in a house rented through bella properties. Recently, our boiler failed. On a Sunday morning, at 10am, i called Rob on the off chance that he might answer, so i could let him know what had happened. Not only did Rob answer, but he had a plumber at the house within 2 hours! Then, less than 2 hours after that, he rang me back to confirm that the new boiler would be fitted within a few days. Unbelievable service!! Nothing was too much trouble for Rob, and he even offered to pick up some heaters from our landlord and deliver them to the house. ON A SUNDAY!!
