I create bespoke celebration cakes for all occasions using all organic ingredients. I specialise in decorations featuring beautiful, handcrafted sugarpaste flowers - which can be kept as a keepsake after the event.

Hello, my name is Amanda.

For many years I have enjoyed entertaining and my cookery book collection has got rather large along the way. In 1993 I completed a year long Cordon Bleu Certificate Course and since then I have done other courses on food preparation, cooking, baking and cake decorating but never quite had the confidence to take it any further until now, even though many people had complimented me on my food.

After having my children, I started baking and for the last 27 years it has become a tradition to make them birthday cakes. I also started making Christmas Cakes and in 1997 I made my first Celebration Cake with flowers, using Flower Paste for a family member.

This began my passion for making beautiful flowers for cakes which dry to look like fine china, can be re-arranged and kept as a keepsake for years.

In 2015 I was given the honour, and felt very flattered to be asked, to make my son’s Wedding Cake (The Vintage Wedding Cake picture). This was the boost I needed to say to myself “I can do it”.

All of my cakes are bespoke and made to order, which means that your cake will be unique. I aim to make your dreams into reality and I will work closely with you, so that everything is to your specification. I will give your cake my undivided attention.

Taste is as important as design, which is why I only use the finest and freshest ingredients. I will guide you on the best recipes for the cake you require, in order to maximise flavour and to stay moist. Your cake will taste as great as it looks.

I am based in Frimley Green near Camberley, but I am happy to deliver to venues if my costs are covered. I like to deliver Wedding Cakes personally so that I can ensure that it is placed correctly and carry out any finishing touches.
