Real Life Learning is about designing training that is relevant to organisations and their employees. It is about finding out about your organisation and your needs and then creating a training programme that will achieve the results that you require. This can sometimes be by working with your technical subject experts to develop their technical knowledge into effective interactive training programmes that will engage your employees and ensure that important messages are retained. Recent examples have included designing a programme in handling complex technical queries, a credit risk analysis programme for financial assistants and a series of Data Protection Act refreshers. The topics can be so varied because you provide the technical input and I work with you to develop the training programme which can then be run by your subject experts. I work with in house training team to develop their expertise in designing and delivering engaging training programmes to your employees. I have implemented in house training programmes to take technical experts from presenting short overviews to facilitating larger scale events. Getting managers more focused on employee development can be a challenge when working lives are so busy. I support managers by developing their skills at engagement and coaching so that they are able to offer the support that will ensure that they get the best out of their team.
