Bellwood Homes cater for those discerning housebuyers that prefer to purchase their new home from a more 'purchaser aware' developer.

We develop within many popular village locations, often building only one or two new properties on any site. Where the location and site allows, we will build more properties, but generally this will be of a mix of houses from two bedroom starter homes, through to four bedroom family homes. Our developments are always varied in design, and always well thought out. We pride ourselves on the individuality and character that can be seen throughout our portfolio of recent projects.

Bellwood Homes like to offer our purchasers the opportunity to create the Home they would really like to live in and, subject to our ongoing build programme (we must have one or things would never get finished) we can offer a ‘Bespoke service'.

Buyers (once Contracts have been exchanged) can choose many of the internal fittings, from kitchen units & wall tiles, to wall colours and landscaping, in many cases this can be at no extra cost – another rare event!
