... Players are to have 2 decks of standard cards (no wild) each with unique heroes declared by the start of the event.
After winning with a deck players are to swap to their second deck. The first player to win with both decks (BO3) is declared the winner. If players progress to stage 2 they may create 2 new unique decks which must be declared before the start of stage 2.
