And the results keep coming! Belton Park hosted the Flowers Mixed Open today and Belton Woods Members did us proud. Taking first place with 45 pts were our own Paul Perrin and Shirley King. Last Thursday, 20th June, our ladies were in action at the Sherwood Forest AmAm. Trudi, Lesley, Lorraine and Gaynor came 4th with a nett 135 (medal) just missing out on 3rd place on count back. Well played ladies. рҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ‘ҸрҹҸј

Jen, Lis, Hnin and Yvonne played in the Melton Ladies AmAm today and came first with a score of 78.

Our ladies descended on Rutland Water Golf Club today for the Lady Captains Awayday. The rain held off mostly until the back 9 and everyone enjoyed a well presented and sometimes challenging course.
After 18 holes of an individual Stableford, the results were:
4th Lis Isles with 33 pts... 3rd Kim Davies 2nd Jill Baggaley And in 1st place with 36 pts, Donna Night Well played ladies and congratulations.
Lady Captain Jules put up a prize for Nearest the Pin on all 4 of the Par 3s and the winners were Becky Foster, Kim Davies, Kylie Bullimore and Wendy Stewart. рҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ‘ҸрҹҸј

A Team Captain Trudi sent us the following report from Saturdays match: Belton Woods вҖҳAвҖҷ Team ladies competed on our own Lakes course in our second match of the season, once again playing Stoke Rochford. The weather made for a beautiful golfing day and things appeared to be going well for us when the first two home pairings secured wins in their matches and keenly watched as the last two groups battled to the bitter end only to loose on the 18th to make for an overall 2-2 draw. Thank you as always from your match captain to Lesley, Caroline, Gaynor, Carole, Lorraine, Wendy and Shirley.

Winner of the Par 2 competition played today on the Woods was Jennifer Hallett with +3. Jen now goes through to the Par final later in the year. Well played Jen. рҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹҸҢпёҸвҖҚвҷҖпёҸ

Our Ladies Friendly Team took on the ladies from The Nottinghamshire today at home on the Lakes. Perfect weather, great company, enjoyable golf and fish and chips to finish! What could be better.
