Rented a property through Belvoir Leeds South for 3 years, they do not hassle thier tennents with over frequent house checks and I was left to my own devices mainly which was perfect. Not to bad at responding with any issues but any serious ones (faulty cooker for example) they had someone there the same day to repair. Having two small children that was always good to know. I spent a good while cleaning and making sure the property was handed back in good condition and in return the whole of the deposit was returned too. Mohammed and the team are all good to speak to and easy to get along with. I guess the main question is would I approach Belvoir Leeds South if I was looking to rent another property and the answer is simply yes.
