The Belvoir Watton team have been very efficient and pleasant to deal with in the recent re-letting of my house. They're not afraid to use their initiative and just get on with the job which I find really helpful. I've been letting my house with them for several years and the service has been the same since day 1.

A very organised & structured service from start to finish, the girls at Belvoir Lettings & Sales (Norfolk & Suffolk) strive to give you the best service possible where everyone comes first from the landlords & tenants to the prospective viewers of properties to rent/buy.

The only reason I can see for a bad review would be from someone not passing a highly thorough referencing process, which is put in place to not only protect the Landlords but also the Tenants.

I would and will be refering anyone I know to Belvoir Lettings & Sales because I know they will recieve the best service available, which is why they are top of the list for rental agents in the area and will soon be up there with the sales.

This branch of Belvoir has recently been taken over and you couldn't find a more helpful, friendly and professional staff, couldn't wish for more.

DO NOT USE!!!
We were looking to move to a new place, had all the details handed in our notice to our current place. It took them 4 weeks to apparently find out that we wouldn't be allowed this flat even though going through all our statements etc and seeing we could afford it.
That cost £275 that we won't get back and they were even offered another months rent upfront. It's going to be even more of a struggle to find a place in Wymondham that will allow me to have my dog and the reason I'm moving is for medical reasons!!!
