Went from viewing to moving in the space of a week! Thankyou to Michelle for sorting it all out for me so professionally and promptly, very friendly and went over and above to communicate with me.

We traveled to Peterborough to be shown around an apartment in the city centre however we were stood up by the agent we booked through and started to walk around looking for alternative properties. We had travelled up from Dorset to view so we were disappointed to be let down, we were approached by Jamie from Belvoir who was at Touthill Place and he offered to show us around the development. We were so impressed with the apartments Jamie's knowledge of the apartments, level of service and professionalism that we have told all of our friends about the experience. If it wasn't for Jamie then we would have had a complete wasted journey in the rain

Very good service. Fast and reliable. We were lucky to have Michelle Gordon handling our case as she made the transition as smooth as you can ask for. Our situation was quite different as we were moving from Wales into a new property in Peterborough, having lived abroad before that. Our queries were always answered in the shortest time. Our payments were always confirmed immediately after they've been received. The contracts were ready in the agreed time. The handling of bills and insurance was done so fast for us, which allowed for an easy and enjoyable move-in. Very happy with the apartment and very happy we chose Belvoir Peterborough. Would definitely recommend.

We had a massive problem with an unpaid electricity bill, which did result in rather terse conversations with Rob Shortland, the property manager, but all was happily resolved and Rob is consistently efficient about sorting out on-site problems.

I have no complaints with the way my application has been dealt with from viewing the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I'd recommend Belvoir!

I have two properties with Belvoir, and they do a great job. No complaints.

Service is pretty good on the whole. At 11% I do think the management charges are a little excessive though!!

Worst letting agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my 13 years of renting. I find the staff to be particularly rude and condescending and clearly only care about landlords rather than the tenants. I have been renting with them for 5 years and have received mistake after mistake. Even ended up with notice being served after their complete incompetence. They fail to care that the carpet that has been in the property since the house was built has the carpet grippers coming through the stairs cutting my children’s feet and refuse to pull the landlord up on it blaming my tiny dog (King Charles cavalier which I paid the pet fee for) for causing the problem, even after the professional carpet fitters advised the carpet was worn and needed replacing!! Now trying to make me pay to replace all the 15 year old carpets!! Absolutely ridiculous and would never rent through them again!! I can see the other 1 star reviews have received a bog standard copy and paste response so I shall expect the same and wouldn’t expect anything more!! Pretty much sums up their whole attitude to customer service.

Worse letting agents ever !!!! I rented with them for around 6 years at the same property . Always kept it clean and tidy . When it came to me moving out they kept all of my deposit claiming the house wasn't clean ... considering we spent hours cleaning to make sure it was above expectations! A rip of letting agency .. oh and to ad another thing used to let themselves in the property for inspections without any notice at all !!! Would not recommend them what so ever...

What happened to letting me know in advance when someone will be attending the house? Ive had three visits now from strangers and on 2 of those occasions they have been in my room. Absolutely disguisting service! No privacy! Do not want to live here anymore. You are breaking the contract agreement!!!

Usless Agency i was renting a property for 6yrs all the people they got out to do repairs were cowboys n bodged most the work that needed doing, i payed my deposit upfront when signing tenency agreement to move in only now ive moved out for them to claim they owe me nothing! Trying to fob me off disgusting agency would not recommend them what so ever quick enough to take the money but not to pay back.

This is one of the most disgusting agencies we've ever had to deal with. We were evicted simply because the landlord did not want to pay for maintenance and leakage of sinks. Now we have been waiting for over a month to get our deposit, still nothing!

Shambles shambles shambles .!!! Rude lazy staff who do not care for you but care for the landlords only . From the very first day they pushed the moving day back because they took their sweet time doing referencing and did not keep us in the loop .They take their time doing maintenance and when my partner became seriously ill and we could no longer afford the rent they moved us out as quick as possible and we now await the damage deposit !!please do not use this awful company save your money and go elsewhere

Only interested in screwing you for every penny they can.

Unsupportive and unhelpful.

Don't respond to emails and don't deal efficiently with any calls/requests relating to maintenance issues.

I will never rent from Belvoir again.

Only do so if you're happy to throw your money down the drain.

I had the worst experience dealing with this agency. They would let themselves in to the property even if I specifically asked not to, also gave false information over the email. They tried to charge me for the mistakes they made on their system. Avoid at all costs.

I do removals in Norwich, last week I moved a very nice couple to Peterborough. Was asked by the customer if we could stop at Belvior to pick up keys and hand over documents, was waiting for over three hours (outside in the van) while the staff processed the paperwork. I understand that these things can take time but was not impressed by the staff member who came out and shouted "you will have to move we need to get our cars out" and looked at me as if I was something disgusting on the bottom of her shoe, just didn't get a very nice 'feel' about this place.

Below average at best and I wouldn't use them if I had a choice in the matter. The property we moved into is lovely but the processes and staff we dealt with at Belvoir were mostly incompetent and couldn't care any less about tenants less if they tried.



I only wrote this review because they sent me a request to do so after finally refunding me the money they owed, which was significantly late and was very challenging to receive back.



Wasn't all bad but mostly it felt like I was banging my head against a wall to move a step forward with these guys
