Benchpoint provides fast, accurate internet-based surveys. It has three specialisations: * Employee surveys * "Management probe", an organisation effectiveness diagnostic tool * Membership surveys, for professional bodies, trade associations and clubs. Benchpoint was one of the first companies to exploit the internet for on line polling and developed its own unique software suite at the turn of the century. This has now been retired, and we use state of the art software under licence from third parties. The business is owned and managed by Richard Gaunt, a communications professional for the past 35 years (and counting! )
