I have purchased a play stick

From John Lewis in the Trafford and it actually contains little pieces of glass, when I put across my face it scratches, I was able to get the glass out with my nails but as the makeup wears down there is more and more throughout the stick. I know the product has now been discontinued. Can you please advise me if there is anything can be done in way of a refund or compensation for such a bad and dangerous product. Regards

Poor customer service and communication!!!-placed an order over 2 weeks ago !

A confirmation email was issued-and a notification email was then issued to say there would be a delay!!

-Nothing since!!-phoned the call centre, very un helpful!! And lacking in manners!!

Benefit has had my money but no products to show!! Asked for a refund and cancellation of products!-will shop elsewhere!
