The Jeremy Vine added 14 new photos — with Jeremy Vine. 13 hrs · Celebrating the 50th wedding anniversary of Terry “the Allotment” Walton and his lovely Anthea, we had some fun at Benihana, Tate Modern, Chelsea Football Club, The King & I, St. Paul's Cathedral, Gentle Monster (for sunglasses) and walking by the river in beautiful Chiswick, United Kingdom. It was so good to see them but I'm worried we exhausted them — and they may not move to London anytime soon!

We had the private room so we had fun enjoying ourselves with Chef Charlie's antics, shouting and applauding every trick that he did whilst expertly cooking our Seafood Festivals and Salmon and Tuna dishes. The portions were generous and the dishes were sumptuously prepared. Definitely would come back and recommend for group dinners. The waiters Jesus and Pedro and the whole team were very attentive. Arigato for a very good evening!

Was amazing to watch our food being cooked at the table with flying knives and a great talented chef

This is the third time we have been to this restaurant - each time it gets better - last night totally amazing and thank you for making out anniversary so great...

The food, service, views, cocktails were delightful ! The chef was entertaining & the waitress checked everyone’s dietary requirements before we ordered, also asking if we wanted one bill or separate bills which was a nice touch! The green tea ice cream was worth a try too! Will definitely be returning! � x

Superb dining experience, We had an amazing Chef who was very entertaining. The food was delicious and they let me bring an 18th birthday cake for my son and made it a very special occasion for the whole family.

Our 4th visit to Leicester Square. We ALWAYS ask for Andrew (from our first visit) He is absolutely brilliant. Great entertainer, nothing is too much trouble. A great guy! Brilliant food & cooked to perfection. Well done Andrew for making every visit a great one.

My first visit and absolutely loved it. Our chef was so skilled and kept us entertained throughout. The food was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone! P. S. Cocktails are delicious.

Just an amazing experience ! First class food and fabulous staff. Love it ! First went to a Benihanas in Indiana in USA 1977 and it is one of my favourite dining experiences ever. I chose it for my 50th at the weekend!!! Marlon our chef was amazing Xx

Had the most amazing experience yesterday thanks to our personal chef, Greg. You gave us a show and forever more we will eat Japanese spaghetti and Japanese onions from Germany :)

Great atmosphere and great place, went for a family meal, and our kids absolutely loved it, always wanted to go since seeing Charlie the chef on YouTube, just a shame our chef wasn't as amusing, but the whole night was a great one with good food and still having some lovely entertainment and atmosphere. The waiter Louie who looked after us was very accommodating and helpful with menu choice for our first visit there. And was outstanding with his service. Highly recommended place to visit for a great night out for a meal in London.

Fab time at Benihana with my family... The kids loved every moment, the chef made sure we were all entertained and cooked our food at a good pace and not rushed at all... The Diablo was delicious!! And the chocolate ice cream for the kids was definitely not cheap made rubbish...



All in all, a fantastic time, and we will be going back...

Brilliant atmosphere and food with excellent service providers. A lovely evening made better by being seated with a fantastic group of friends who we had never met before but made us feel like part of their group. Well done benihana we will be back �����

Amazing!!!! Visited yesterday for my partners birthday and it truely was a fantastic experience. The food is delicious and the chefs at the tables make it even more wonderful. I encourage anybody to go. Prices are very reasonable for the amazing experience that it is. The staff are very attentive and generally excellent at what they do.

Always been one of my favourite places. Took my son for his 18th birthday and it was fabulous, food was good, entertaining chef, they gave a free dessert with candle and sang happy birthday in English and Japanese. Made it a day he will not forget. Thanks to all the staff!

Very entertaing place, chiefs are brilliant, great fun. The food is great but Very overpriced for the portions of food that you get, plus to add to this you pay a service charge.

Nice show, very poor service. Did not get starters. Ordered wine, got tap water. Finished main meal and got fried bean sprout on a plate. Not impressed ! Can find much better restaurants in central London for these prices
