Hey guys. Knowing how much of a top bloke Kev Oman is and how dedicated to his fishing he is and his partner and children. I just want to put this story out there, and I hope we can share praise to him and try help him though this tough time. Kevs partner Donna has been fighting the big C since last year. Shes been looking at alternative medicine but we all know how costly that can be. Shes had a scan this week and it's not the news they was hoping for. Shes started on ...the alternative medicine but it's very costly. I'm a massive believer in Oil but it's an expensive thing. The thought of what shes going through is unbearable and as a mother I can only bear to think of how she feels. Theres is no pressure whatsoever but if you can spare the smallest amount it all adds up, and everything makes a difference. Us fisherman stick together and it's great to see so far how even the smallest donation can help.

Bentley fishery is a 60 year old, 3.5 acres estate lake in Brentwood and is a day ticket water with a difference. You have to Pre Book your session and there are 7 built swims on the lake but we only allow 6 anglers on at a time. There is no public access so it's all yours to relax and enjoy 😎 There are around 80 of the Highest quality carp, hand picked by the owner himself.

Love this place, I could live on this lake ,the scenery is perfect the fish are lovely ,it's a hard one it will test the best anglers , but when you do bank one they are in top tip condition I'll be there in the winter to try and catch one of carp in there winter colours 🙏👍

Just had a great 3 day session at Bentley Fishery , 29.5lb - 28.95lb - 18.7lb Mirror & 14lb Common , such a relaxing place.

It's a fantastic place lots of features and two islands the swims have plenty of room for ur bivvy u will not be disappointed lovely and quite a true outstanding place and the fish are fantastic to I will definitely be coming back John is a top bloke and he runs the fishing lake to a brilliant standard very helpful on the phone when booking and when he meets u at the gate

Gorgeous looking lake and if you like fishing a really intimate lake with some stunning views this is right up your alley it’s by no means a runs water but when you do get one you know your into a real gem

Been twice this year, once for a day and the other we rented for mine and my pals birthday and was perfect for a social. The fish are immaculate. John is a top bloke and is happy to come round and chat about the place give you pointers etc. Would recommend to anyone and will be back 100%

Been a 4 times and had 9 fish in total. Amazing place and the scenery is some of the best you will see on a lake. The fish are unreal. How it gets bad reviews i don't know, the people that leave on a negative must want a red carpet laid out and expect to catch on every water they fish. There are not many lakes you can fish with no nusicene and catch fish which are hand picked by the owner and stunning . Lovely and secure and well laid out venue.

Absolutely stunning place, with some very beautiful fish. The place is spotless and the swims are more than adequate and sensibly placed. I will definitely be going back.

We wanted to walk around the lake before hand but we wasn’t allowed. (We did call and ask, but he said “no”) We took a chance and went to the venue. When we arrived it was set back in a lovely area down a track. Gates at the entrance. We had very high hopes of the lake it’s self but it wasn’t anything like the website. The lake is very over grown and hasn’t been maintained for a long time. It looks more like a “Park Lake”. The swims were very overgrown with weeds and grass. There was loads of line hanging from the trees around the swims. There was also rubbish everywhere on the swims. We did the night and two of my friends had two lovely fish. 1 at 17lb 2 at 21lb. I think this could be a amazing venue if it was maintained more and has really great potential.
