Bentley Limited helps overseas companies establish a presence in the UK. We start by setting up a UK registered Limited Company or a Limited Liability Partnership together with a UK bank account with a major UK clearing bank. We then register the company for UK taxes such as Corporation Tax and VAT, as well as applying for tax incentive opportunities including SEIS and EIS. This will be completed from start too finish in around 2 to 3 weeks. We then provide an ongoing service including accounting, Companies House and HMRC reporting, acting as a UK Director and Company Secretary and providing a Registered Office.
