We have secured planning permission for over 1. 25million square feet of developments in London, which we are delivering with our funding partners and institutional investors. In the last 5 years, Berkeley Square has completed the delivery of over £300million of developments, creating fantastic new homes and places to visit. We have a development programme to deliver over 1, 000 new homes and 150, 000sqft of commercial offices and non-residential uses by 2025.
