Was very new to homebrew but with the fantastic advice from the owner I'm brewing my own beer . Couldn't believe how cheap it actually was .. far cheaper than ebay and Amazon and knowing if I do run into a problem there's the owner to turn to for sound advise. Tend to use the online shop . Very fast delivery ... highly recommended.

All your homebrew needs can be met from stock. Impressive to have a shop totally dedicated to this. Good value on everything I bought or looked at.
If you're coming by car just beware that the parking can be a bit tricky.

Fantastic shop I discovered quite by accident. Owner is always friendly & willing to offer advice. Excellent range of kits for both wine, beer and 'spirits'. Does all-grain stuff too; I mean sure, you won't find cara-hella-skrilla type 3½, but all you need for a good solid brew is there. Stocks all the essential equipment. Recommended for any homebrewers in the area who haven't gone yet.

I agree with previous reviewer, this place is cheaper than the online retailers! The shop is unfussed, stocks a good range of everything you need to brew and the service was excellent.
Met the owner who was helpful and dispensed plenty of good advice. Sent me home with loads of enthusiasm for my next brew. He'll even drill a hole in your fermenting bin if you buy the tap from him.
Get in there and support a small, local business.

Owner is a friendly helpful guy, this shop is perfect for beginners. Purchased some Coopers Ginger Beer to brew up for the summer, cant wait! the owner even advised me on what to do, and mentioned an additive especially for brewing ginger beer. I did think he was doing this just to make money off me but he merely mentioned the additive, showed me what it looked like and said maybe next time give this a go (as I mentioned its my first brewing ginger beer).

Anyway good shop, happy to see shops like this. Will be going back again soon.
