Very fast treatment. Everyone is so kind
On holiday at haggerston castle and my 6 week old baby had an allergic reaction. Went straight to Berwick Infirmary as it was the closest hospital. Lady on reception desk was lovely and got all our details up. I literally just sat down in waiting room when nurse called us in. She done all the usual checks and got the doctor to come and see us. They were both so lovely and helpful and my baby was better within a day. Absoloutley brilliant service with friendly staff. So thankful to all of them.

while staying with my parents because i was in need of supervision with regards to my epilepsy, during an episode/seizure i hurt my elbow,after trying to live with the pain i had to give in and go to the miu at berwick infirmary where after a series of x-rays we discovered i had broken my elbow,the staff at the miu treated me extremely well and were very patient with me under the circumstances! i couldn't thank the staff enough for helping me out when i was only in the area for a brief period and the miu NOT being my own local hospital i was treated without any problem whatsoever regardless of living north of the border in a completely different NHS zone! thanks again!!
What a fantastic hospital. Staff in minor injuries unit so freindly and helpful. We were up here on holiday and had to come here as my husband who is suffering from cancer was a bit unwell. 5* treatment for start to finish. To the hospital management....your staff are a credit to you. Give them a wage increase 😀
