Poor service wouldn't use rip off

False valuation given and unprofessional. Valuation for diamond bracelet reads "brilliant cut diamonds" they were actually 8 cut industrial gems, no clarity or colour and was valued at £4500 when it was worth £600. I purchased this bracelet at auction based on their valuation. Untrustworthy, unreliable and ruthless.
