Loved our visit to berzerk yesterday! My kids loved running around and playing and food was good. Only 1 thing I would change, there is one apparatus that has like a rock climbing section..... my boy can climb but there was no way of him getting down as he was too scared to do rope climb.... I had to rescue him from it, also another child had done the same and was quite distressed but he didn't have a sister to tell mummy he was stuck - so we made sure he got back safetly.

Also it would be good to have security for the children in terms of who they belong to, wrist band numbered with the same numbers so no one can leave with other peoples kids (not that this would ever happen but it's piece of mind for mummy & daddy's out there) 😊

Just want to thank your lovely staff for all their help with our daughter Romy’s birthday this evening. Although we hadn’t booked a party room you were so accommodating with the 17 kids, helping me sort the food order and even giving her a little birthday bag, thanks so much they all had a great time ��

I've took my oldest two boys there years ago all the time now i have a 2 year old and started going there again and she loves it food is good as she loves it and eats well best play barn in northants

I visited for a party with my five year old yesterday. It was very well organised, and I was so impressed with the pleasant, helpful staff. A quality which is so rare these days. I brought my two year old with me to the party, and was able to pay for him separately, but have his food order arrive with that of the main party. That little bit of common sense went a long way to make life easy.



The party went very well, and all involved had a great time. Many thanks. We'll definitely return. Far better than the miserable money-grabbing, oversized Hub!!!

Had a brilliant birthday party here. Very good value for money and perfect for a group of preschoolers during the day. All the parents commented on how easy and fun it was. Food was on time and filling. The little party room was great. Highly recommend. Thank you

Everybody needs to grow up! Absolutely disgusting behaviour sending death threats to the page and begging it is shut down. If they discriminated, the child would have been asked not to come in before they were allowed entry, so there was clearly an issue when the child was in there playing without his mother. This is the fault of one or two members of staff, the entire company should not be blamed and boycotted for one staff members issues!



Bezerk will decide what happens next to the certain staff member(s), and I'm sure the appropriate actions will be taken, but there is no need for such ridiculous comments from the public. There are some wonderful people who work at Bezerk and they should not be all at fault for one persons actions/comments.



Myself and all my family have been going for well over 15 years, we have disabled family members and Bezerk have been nothing but accommodating, so people should not be generalised over ONE incident. Everyone commenting is an adult and should know better than sending death threats and rude comments to another group of adults that you think are good enough to supervise your children.

A big thank you to all the lovely ladies involved with my daughter and sons party this evening. The kids had a brilliant time. The food was lovely, party bags great and they loved the bear. The party room was brilliantly set out for their food and there was plenty to go around.



Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it. And for the price you would be stupid not to.

I visited this place for the first time yesterday and found it to be totally acceptable for my grandkids, in fact they loved it.

Having read most of the negative comments about a previous incident,

it's obvious that an error of judgement has been made. A hearing, where all parties are heard, can only decide on the rights and wrongs of that.

However, I do wonder how customers would feel if their child was injured, by another child, in a way that was totally preventable by the staff working there at the time?

I know I would be furious.

As always, you're damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

The prices have massively increased!!

When my husband and I questioned it we were told "it's the summer holidays, we put prices up in the holidays" like it was perfectly acceptable.

Leftover food everywhere and we were handed an open used bottle when ordering drinks for our children, it wasn't until I pointed out that it was open that the staff member put it back?! Eeeew!

Really disappointed with Bazerks today. Have been coming here for a couple of years but think there's things that need improving.

Healthier adults food... I got a jacket potato with beans and salad. The jacket potato skin was hard as nails, not enjoyable. And the sorry looking state of the salad was awful. Better salads defo needed, maybe with a choice of dressing added?

Better tables...we moved tables 4 times to try get one that wasn't wonky Everytime we lent on it, it moved, was very hard to eat.

The heat..... Obviously out of thier control but was extremely hot in there, better air in defo needed if it can be invested in



All that being said, since its been taken over by trilogy there has been a massive improvement. The play area is nice and open. Lots more seating. Good food selection for the children. Equipment is safe and well cared for.

Poor that you can't book parties over the phone. What's the point telling you what's available then saying you're "Not allowed to take bookings" Not very helpful at all!

Good play area, but time to receive food is a joke! Myself and a relative ordered at the same time however paid separately and was given the same number. it was called out and my relative got her food and when I asked about mine I was told it would be a little while longer. Another half hour passed so I went to ask about it and was told ‘however long it takes for the burger to cook’ by one of your staff members whilst blowing bubbles with her gum. An hour had passed by this point and it was clear the our food order had not been started. Such a ridiculous system ! Finally got it 20 mins later, an hour after my sister and son had eaten. Disappointing!

Children had a great play. Younger staff were overworked but polite. Older staff members particularly kitchen staff were very rude and lazy. Prices have gone up and food quality is poor. Doesn't promote healthy eating as when you buy a child's meal deal you have to pay extra money for a portion of veg. For the prices they are charging, I will go elsewhere now. Plus the coffee machines have been producing very funny tasting coffees for a few months in a row and when commenting about it, very rude responses from staff.

Utterly appalled by what I'm seeing & hearing! Disgusting behaviour from staff who obviously need more training on how to deal with members of the public & their children.

Plus i thing a review of your policies & the Disability Discrimination act wouldn't go a miss. I wouldn't be surprised if this parent took the company to court & won! And i bloody hope she does.

So £20 to get in with 2 children and food. under staffed rude kitchen staff food ordered at 1:10 not told here is a long wait for food. check at 2:10 when our good is coming i get "well your next ok!" so my children and my friends 2 children sat waiting to hear number 6 be called to listen to 5 different numbers be called for food...So we are not next then!?

now 2:25 still no food. £60 between us we have spent. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! River side hub all the way!!!!

Rude staff and the place is like a sauna. Very dangerous to take children in this heat to play there when they don't have air condition.
