It's been an incredibly busy start to 2016 but I mustn't grumble. The work is interesting, varied and I'm meeting many, many lovely people along the way.

Another successful planning application, with Eastleigh Borough Council. This is a first for me with this Local Authority so very pleased. Awaiting a decision from Mole Valley tomorrow, fingers crossed!

Two more planning approvals this week from Mole Valley District Council, and another 3 progressing nicely! Been on a course on Renewable Energy today at Highbury College and would thoroughly recommend it to those who are interested in all things sustainable.

Another new enquiry this morning.....a record number for me this week. Long may it continue. It is lovely having such varied projects; a barn conversion, a bungalow extension, house extension and technical drawings for a cottage.

Also......I'm on a roll with Planning application submissions, 3 made last week, Chichester District, Crawleyand Eastleigh Borough Councils and one submitted today, Mole Valley District Council. :)

I have received 3 new enquiries this week already and it's only Tuesday. I think that there is an element of Spring in everyone's step.....long may it last!

I'm thrilled to have received my third planning approval of the year today. It has taken 5 months from start to finish rather than 8 weeks but my client is over the moon and if I wasn't taking part in Dry January then I'd be inclined to have a sneaky glass of Prosecco to celebrate. ;)

Second planning approval of 2015 received today.......and from South Downs National Park which is a big pat on the back. Three exciting planning applications submitted this week so here's to many more approvals. :)

Another exciting enquiry this morning.......do you have big plans for the year ahead?

I'm looking for new Networking opportunities slightly further afield and wonder whether anyone can suggest some events. I think that Petersfield would be a good area to expand my business towards and ideally need to be able to get there in half an hour from Chichester. Any suggestions?
