Here we converted an unused garage into a utility room and downstairs bathroom. In addition to these newly created areas, there was still room for some useful extra storage space for the family.

Want a nice open plan kitchen, but think you're restricted by load bearing walls, think again ...
We removed the load bearing walls on this job, and installed steel beams for support, so that a beautiful open plan kitchen could be created.
Popular bi fold doors were added, along with new electrics and plastering.
... The newfound space also presented the opportunity to install a downstairs bathroom under the stairs, making this the perfect family functional living space.

Here is our latest bathroom.
This customer has gone for grey tiles and grout for a sleek finish, accompanied with an L shaped shower and bath unit, toilet and sink. The look is completed with waterfall taps and a lovely modern mixer shower.
Understandably the customer wanted to hide their boiler, so an in-keeping cupboard was built to neatly stow this away.

Here are last weeks completed jobs..... On the first property we supplied and installed a porch/canopy above the front door and re-tiled and leaded the bay - using matching tiles to the original build. This has really transformed the look of the front of the house and is now far more practical. On the second property we supplied and installed a composite door adding strength and security to the property. Last weeks task was this garden makeover. On this job we had garden walls K rendered and bedded on coping stones to the wall. We supplied and fitted cedar wood fencing and made a cedar bench with storage underneath. A recent project completed by Bespoke Building & Property Maintenance Ltd. Here we formed an opening to their external wall and installed bi folding doors. We knocked the kitchen back to brick, was fully re-plastered and then a new kitchen installed. We laid a natural stone flooring to the kitchen which flowed through outside to their garden - this giving them a modern patio floor and opening up their kitchen when the doors are open. We finished off by building a feature garden wall, creating privacy but in keeping with the house brick. thanks to rob for doing a great job with my extension. The team were very happy to help with any questions we had and very helpful. They made sure that they completed jobs on time for us and were always happy to stay late until the job was finished. Will definitly use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

We had bespoke building renovate two rooms in our house , our bedroom and living room. From start to finish they did an amazing job and we are really happy with the finished results. Would reccomend Rob and his team at Bespoke Building to anyone.

We can highly recommend Rob. Couldn't be happier with the work he did for us with our open plan kitchen/diner knock through and downstairs toilet. He helped us every step of the way and finished on time as promised in time for Christmas. We knew what we were looking for in the finish and he helped us realise it with his expertise. Not only this but we trusted Rob 100% in our house for 4 weeks whilst he did the work. Will not hesitate to get him back for more work...hopefully this year.

Rob did an excellent job last week on the two jobs that needed doing he took pride in his work and even help me out with a problem i had he tidied up after himself his mate help out on the last day i would highly recommended this company thank you.

Rob and James have done a fantastic job of our extension, it's exactly what we wanted. They turned the job round in 3 weeks so the disruption was minimal, couldn't fault them or the work. Thanks!

Just had my full garden landscaped by rob for artificial grass and boarders lighting etc quality job and very competitive price

James and Rob came at the end of July and did a fantastic job of transforming my dark dining room and 20year old kitchen with equally old flat roof into a light filled room with fabulous vaulted ceiling with Velux and stunning modern kitchen and new pitched roof. They were a pleasure to have around,very professional and put in long hours to get it all finished in just over 3 weeks.

I would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be happier with the work Rob did for us in our bathroom. No messing around and a top quality finish. Would highly recommend his services and will be using for future work.

When and it's a big when they finally finish the job it's quite good. Although anything that's needed once they have been paid, you haven't got a hope in hell of getting them to sort it out.
