Come and get fit with your friends in a fun & friendly workout space.
A 60-minute class combining Indoor cycling with strength training designed to suit all abilities.
Indoor cycling - A low impact class set to motivating music, participants control their level of intensity to suit their own ability & fitness level. Standing and seated hill climbs, interval training, endurance and recovery.
Strength Training: A mix of body weight and free weight exercises to strengthen and tone your body, help increase your metabolism and flexibility.
Small, private classes – max 3 per group.
