Bespoke Verse

We've had lots of messages asking if we are still open so... here's a little update: We are still able to fulfill orders due to the fact that we are a family business, have a studio on the garden and our post is collected. Delivery may take a little longer than usual (we use First Class RM) but at the moment all orders are arriving on time. Our shopfronts on notonthehighstreet Etsy and thortful are still open, as well as our own website. Many orders are being sent directly... to recipients, especially cards and prints. Thank you for your continued orders and especially your reviews which are so supportive and keep us going! The most important thing, however, is people. Please be assured, we review the situation daily with Royal Mail, keep the studio wiped down, and listen carefully to Government advice relating to small online businesses. Our staff are safely at home with their families. Thank you for your support and we wish you and yours all the best in these unsettling times. Joanna & team

I'm a modern little pancake girl A work of art (and batter) A little moon of stodginess... Designed to make you fatter. My mother was a Crepe Suzette My father a tortilla, My destiny is blueberries And lemon as a filler. My life is brief and solitary Though once I had a fella He met a rather sticky end Rolled up with Nutella. With edges firm and belly brown I toss that little higher But it's goodbye to the frying pan And hello to the fire.

We are really proud to be listed as an official corporate stock donor for Royal Trinity Hospice. Last week we were able to donate ten boxes of surplus, end of line and seconded stock to their 32 shops across London. They also have eBay and Amazon shops, so do take a mo and check them out!

Last night was pretty momentous for us as a small business - we won Website of the Year at the SME National Business Awards at Wembley Stadium. Can’t quite believe it given the amazing competition, but am super-proud of our little brand!
