Make these super easy brownies with small amounts of only 5 ingredients (makes 6-10 portions): . 100g dark chocolate 87g unsalted butter 162g caster sugar... 65g plain flour (if you can’t get hold of any you could try using cocoa powder instead) 2 small eggs . Pic 1 = melt the butter and chocolate together in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water (make sure the water does not touch bottom of bowl - it can burn the ingredients) . Pic 2 = once melted take bowl off the heat and stir in the caster sugar . Pic 3 = stir in the flour . Pic 4 = stir the two eggs in . Pic 5 = put into a tin that has been greased with butter - preferably a small 6 - 8 inch square tin rather than my circular one! Needs must! . Pic 6 (optional) = pop in some mini eggs or confectionary of your choice that you’ve kept in the freezer for a couple of hours . Pop into preheated oven at 170, give 15 minutes for moist brownie and 20 if you prefer a more chewy brownie! . Enjoy! .
