All new members of our cleaning team after training must pass a practical test for making sure they cover all quality standards of Melania Cleaning Services. We do not employ the cleaners. They are mainly self-employed and fully insured. The payment of Tax and NI is their own or responsibility. But all the cleaners are fully vetted and screened from our recruitment agents before giving them job and we keep monitoring them when the job is undertaken and the contract is in progress.
