We will be operating a limited service today between 9.30am and 3pm due to an enforced power outage by Scottish and Southern Electricity who will be carrying out essential maintenance in the area. During this time the hotel will be without power and there will be just a single telephone line into reception resulting in a possible delay in our ability to respond to telephone calls and email enquiries. We thank you for your patience and cooperation whilst we work hard to minimise disruption during this period.

Wow what an amazing Wedding Day we had on the 8th June 2018 at the Best Western Chilworth Manor. We can not thank Jo Bennett enough for her tremendous planning, professionalism & Organisational skills. She had everything organised down to a ‘ T’ . She totally understood our needs and dreams for the day and nothing was to much trouble ! Jo gave us ideas to work with and thought of things we hadn’t even considered. She work tirelessly to ensure we had the BEST DAY EVER! Her communication and reassurance is just what you need to know when your planning your day, totally puts your mind at rest to know your day is in safe hands.







Alex Parsons on the evening before on set up and on the running of the day worked his sock off to ensure everything went to our plans and wishes. He was always on hand to ensure everything was on running on time. He made sure my friends and family had a great time, always checking with us if we required anything. He customer focus and service was first class. He maintained regular customer contact throughout the day. He had high standards, ensuring we were happy at all times.







Both Jo and Alex are a credit to the team at chilworth Manor. All the staff worked hard to make things seem effortless, which we all know it isn’t . You can rest assured you will have all you needs met, above and beyond , great customer service.







Food – Wow Wow wow!! We had the Premium BBQ served on the patio. The catering department were excellent! Staff were courteous , and worked to high standards. The food was amazing, there was so much food, enough for seconds and some! Food is bought from local companies/ producers which was suburb, so tasty and cooked to perfection. We had so many compliments on our choice of the BBQ as our wedding breakfast , it worked so well and allows the atmosphere to be more relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone commented on how good the food was and how much they enjoyed it.







I can not recommend the Chilworth Manor enough for your special day. The hotel is beautiful with wonderful grounds for your photographs , you can put your trust in Jo and her Team to making sure you have the BEST DAY EVER! You will not be disappointed.

We love Chilworth. Our first visit last night since we were married there in 2012. All looks nice and freshly redecorated. Mark was the first person we met at reception and he was so helpful and friendly.

Our room was immaculately clean and modern. The restaurant staff were lovely and attentive although the menu wasn't offering a great selection.

Breakfast was as expected with a great variety.

We visited the spa facilities and our massages were excellent. Swimming pool was cold but changing rooms spotless.

We will definitely be back as we have such happy memories here.

We came here for my sisters 40th birthday on a spa weekend. Included was an overnight stay, a 3 course meal, breakfast and a 30 minute spa testament. The place was stunning as you drive up to the hotel and the snow on the trees created a truly magical feel to the place. I would definitely recommend the place and visit again. All the staff was helpful and polite and bent over backwards to get staff In so that our spa treatments could still go ahead, even though the place was covered in snow and the roads being bad and all of us saying we could rearrange a time and come back another day.

The spa experience was lovely.

Thank you so much for coming to the rescue and providing a wonderful wedding reception for Andy & Tracey Peerless at such short notice. Adam and Alex were superb hosts and really ensured the whole event went smoothly. Staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us out. Our room (deluxe double) was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We both managed a really good night's sleep in the comfortable bed.

Stayed at the hotel for my 50th birthday.the room was really good with old style features which makes a change from most modern sterile hotel rooms.the grounds are really beautiful and well worth going for a walk around.i found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful especially valeriu in the restaurant.

Nice old hotel. Great feeling, like in movies. Everithing is clean and tidy. Great terrace and garden, little spa, friendly and professional personnel and tasty food :)

Just been for afternoon tea after a lovely spa morning, it was divine, lots of it and great quality. Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Can't fault it at all. I would recommend to everyone.

Just back from running my first 2-Day Inspiring Success Business Retreat at this fabulous venue. My contact, Ashleigh in the Sales team, along with the Duty Manager Adam and his catering team made the 2 day event seamless and a huge success. Had great feedback; so much great good, treats AND Spa facilities. A huge thank you, we'll be back!

I had my wedding here on 12th May. It was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone! A massive shout out to Georgina who was fantastic from start to finish made everything easy and made us feel like we were the only customers she had! She also helped us on the day and kept my nerves calm, running around sorting everything for us. Also a shout out to Alex who on the day orchestrated the order of services perfectly. Thank you all so much for making the best day of my life perfect!

Friday June 8th 2018, the day of my daughter's wedding- what can I say except FANTASTIC. Service was excellent, food was superb. The whole day went without a hitch thanks to the hard working staff, in particular Alex Parsons who worked his socks off ensuring that everyone was happy. Thanks too to Jo for all her hard work and making it seem effortless, which we all know it isn't! Would recommend this wedding venue 100%

We have just had 4 nights staying here and were very pleased with it. We had a nice suite which was very well priced, and our children were made to feel very welcome.



Only one problem - not a sight of any air conditioning. I know we dont always have 3 months of temps in the 30s, but it was like an oven at night time and really there is not much of an reason not to have it. Apart from that, we would certainly stay here again. Very easy to find, and well located.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food at dinner was amazing and plenty of it. Breakfast spread was really nice, good choice of food and can order poached eggs and porridge. My eggs both mornings were double yolkers! One small niggle with our room but was fixed immediately. Some people had problems with the key cards but the manager fixed it. Beautiful grounds to stroll in and 30 mins from New Forest and Portsmouth. Overall a great stay

One night stay. Very competitive price and lovely big hotel with well kept grounds. Clean room and suitable for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a large selection available. Would stay again if I’m the area

Ive wedding - 9/6/2018- I don’t know where to start so I am just going to start with the amazing Adam King , you literally are the star of the wedding team , I had complete confidence in your abilities from start to finish , and you had a calming presence , just what every bride needs . The company need to clone you or at the very least , put you in charge �



The rest of the team were good , there were a few glitches , which did not spoil the day but need sorting for future guests / weddings



1. Something has to be done about the key cards , more than 7 problems had problems with them



2. Staff need to be on hand when frazzled brides arrive with ALL there luggage



3. Other non wedding guests need to be told that there is a wedding on and there is loud music �



Above all else a perfect venue for our wedding , amazing food , good ambience and not bad value for money

All was fine, the building was fabulous, the room I couldn't fault except someone set my bedside alarm clock to go off at midnight which I didn't find very funny, the good and drinks were a little on the expensive side as a soft cordial drink was £3 no incentive for the nondrinkers, the breakfast service wasn't great we had to beg for a coffee in the morning, but the breakfast was good.

Overall I would recommend it to my friends.

Me and 4 others chose this location for my mums hen do..spa weekend away. The receptionist staff weren’t very helpful and one particular woman chose to be very rude. Considering we have paid a lot of money to have the pleasure I didn’t feel the attitude was necessary. The clubs staff were helpful and went above and beyond. The spa treatment was lovely apart from not having the correct information so we couldn’t have what we booked 3 months ago. Lack of communication? The hot tub was alright and facilities pretty standard. The rooms were ok..no teabags in one and no chance of ordering room service as number wasn’t available...defeats the object a little? The dinner was incredible. To point out the true stars.. Vali and Christina....they went above and beyond. Nice mannered and helpful. Lovely grounds and we had a great time...just a shame about the rude woman on reception. MASSIVELY let you down.

Two fire alarms went off last night, the failed sensor triggered the alarm and the sensor was not fixed after the 11.30 one, surprise surprise it went off again at 4.30, it's still going off in reception at 9.50 am. The receptionist has said it's not your issue and no refunds will be given, there was no role call or asking which rooms we were from, on evacuation, very un professional. I hope you get a proper engineer to fix it today or your guests this afternoon will have to go through it all again tonight
