The hotel was in a great location, really convenient as I was attending a concert during my stay. The staff were polite and courteous and the rooms were modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here for the NLD and was pleasantly surprised, although the room had no windows it was fabulous, lovely and clean, huge smart TV, well proportioned bathroom with plenty of toiletries and very quiet. The staff at check in/out were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re attending Wembley Stadium or arena as is within walking distance as are plenty of shops and restaurants.

I have been visited London many times and I regret that I did not know this hotel from the first visit, excellent cleanliness, great rooms, excellent treatment and great prices.
I booked this hotel as my usual one was fully booked.
Very reasonably priced considering there was a big match on.

Where do I start? After waiting 20 minutes to check in with a human, the automated system finally decided to work. Lift broken so down into the depths we were led, at one point going across an outside utility area that had too many h&s risks to bother mentioning. Once in our windowless dungeon we discovered there was no remote for the A/C. Phoned reception....no answer after ten minutes waiting so made do with as it was. Went to use shower room to discover unpleasant smell. Another 10 mins waiting on phone to reception ...gave up on that too. Went out for the evening had great time despite being given wrong directions from reception staff......with such knowledge maybe best they didn't answer our calls. Returned for sleep. Had quiet night. Got woken by what we can only think was a fire alarm check at 9am. We're not notified of this. Went to have breakfast. Literature said it's in the breakfast room. Must be a close kept secret as no signs where this mythical room was.......eventually found it. Had mediocre breakfast then left. Won't return .

My husband and I had booked a weekend in london for our 1 year anniversary and it was nearly ruined due to this god awful hotel and it's staff. Firstly, we were greeted in a very unfriendly manner by the girl on reception, not once did she crack a smile. After checking in we made our way to our room to discover it was down in the basement (level -2) and there was NO WINDOW....yes no window. Well this for me, someone who has struggled with claustrophobia for many years was a complete no go! So straight back up to reception we went where the duty manager was called. We asked for a room change to one with a window, to be told we would have to pay an extra £234! Obviously we were never going to pay this and asked if there was any other way round this. "No" was basically their answer. To make matters worse, we had paid for the room in advance and were now being told it was non-refundable. Neither the manager or the girls on reception were willing to help us so we ended up leaving and having to book in somewhere else which obviously costed us but there was no way we were staying at the best western and never ever will. Horrific service.
