Best Western Plus Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa

Stayed here to attend a family gathering recently. Can not rate the place highly enough. The staff on the whole were very helpful, particularly the young man in the pool area, Chris. Not to single any member personally but he made our stay and is an absolute credit to the team. Will definitely be back A***.

Very nice establishment. Room was spotless and nice and toastie (It was a cold evening) surprisingly quite considering it's on a major A road. Took advantage of breakfast which was very nice indeed. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. the receptionist was very helpful explaining the layout of the hotel. I only stayed the one night but the hospitality was great.

Loved it - ideally placed for Coventry. Room really nice, spacious, comfortable and overlooking the golf course (although we don't play golf). Staff excellent and so is the food. Looking forward forward to coming back here.

Rooms were very nice only fault we had no toweling gowns in our room yet the couple we came away with did. The menu in the restaurant is very limited with not a great selection to choose from. The breakfast was a good selection yet cold. The service received was very poor. The golf course is however top notch and maintained really well. Only fault was it was the club competition event and was very slow going waiting 10 minutes at every tee shot. Should really of allowed longer before guests could tee off after the last teeing competition group.

Lovely hotel and staff were great but as the hotel was the venue of a Travelling Community wedding our overnight experience was awful.
Lots of young people drinking all over the hotel, using foul language and making lots of noise.
We had hoped to have taken breakfast and lunch in the hotel as well as use other facilities but chose not to as the place was over run by immature badly behaved wedding guests.

Attended a social function here, room was nice, well decorated, clean and tidy. Had our own bar service, drinks were reasonably priced. Food was nice, not spectacular though and small portions.

I attend for a sports ball. The food for the ball was lovely, but portions were on the small side, however from experience that is standard fir these types of events. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The windmill suite had lovely views of the golf course and a nice balcony to sit on.

The Best Western Plus Windmill Village Hotel is excellent. My partner and I have stayed in many hotels in recent years and this easily tops the lot.
It was exceptionally clean throughout. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was top rate. Sadly we never managed to use the pool or facilities but if the rest of the hotel was the standard then I would imagine they are equally very high.
We would recommend it and will definitely stay here again if visiting the Ricoh Arena or elsewhere in the area.
The only downside is the exit on to the A45 and the long journey back into Coventry if staying to visit the city.
