Garden rooms or Home offices are becoming a big attraction for people who wish to achieve that 'work/life' balance which can be so important, especially when you have a young family. Here is a an example of a recent garden room install. Its fully insulated with 100mm kingspan in walls, ceiling and floor. Its finished internally with a full ply lined wall behind a plastered 12.5m plasterboard layer. The floor is a 22mm moisture resistant sheet flooring, finished with an industrial grade vinyl 'click system' flooring. The Bifold doors are ORIGIN aluminium with blinds built into the double glazed units. The room is well lit with Led down lights and heated via a Rointe WiFi controlled, energy efficient electric radiator panel.
