Hello, my name is Beth Neve and I am a holistic therapist based in Amesbury, near Salisbury in Wiltshire. At my practice InsideOut Therapy, I provide treatments and therapies that help people to maintain and improve their overall wellbeing.

I believe that to lead truly happy and healthy lives we must actively take care of not only our physical health, but also our mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Just as with physical health we need to be mindful of the effects of what we put into and onto our bodies and realise what a huge impact both negative and positive that food, supplements and health and beauty products can have on our wellbeing.
