Enjoy an hour in the Better trampoline park at the Link Centre in Swindon. The unique bounce arena has a mix of nine fun features, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, there are plenty of trampolines, plus basketball, dodgeball and the battle beam to enjoy.
... Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your chosen session. You'll need to complete a session registration, collect your socks and get ready to bounce.
All money raised goes to Wiltshire Air Ambulance, with a minimum suggested donation of £2 per person. Each session lasts one hour, max 80 people per session on a first-come, first-served basis.

Took a group here on Monday and had a fantastic time. Manager sorted out the issues we had about booking at the other centre in London. Great venue, great staff and really awesome place. Big thanks to Jack (manager at the time) for sorting. Will be back.

Live this place. Great staff one of which is (Rory) the nicest and most helpful bloke ever, the park is well maintained and the amount to to is great, i will always think of this place when i want to have fun. Great for little kids and us big kids too!!!

Kids really enjoyed the charity bounce session that better extreme put on. Was especially good as it was raising money for a community defibrillator ��

I would like to say a big thank you for helping us at westlea school to fund raise for a AED all the children and parents had a lovey time on the trampolines.

I love this place! We've been here several times and every time we've had so much fun. There is so much to do, it easily keeps you entertained for the hour long session. We've just had my son's 7th birthday party here and all the children (aged from 4-10) loved it (as well as the adults, who might've had even more fun!) The staff are brilliant and do so much to help. Can't wait to go again

Came here for a Birthday party today absolutely loved it, well organised and staff really helpful, kids had a fabulous time and also enjoyed the food. As us parents were able to go on to the trampolines some of us are going to give the Thursday morning trampoline fitness a go

By boys love it here, plenty of space and lots of trampolines. Only down side it that people don’t leave the viewing area once their children have left and continue to sit there with their children talking not allowing others that want to watch their children that are actually bouncing. Maybe some signs could be out up asking people to move outside so others can use the viewing area :)

Be sure to know that there are TWO trampoline parks in Swindon before you arrange to meet a friend at a trampoline park in Swindon. The staff of Better Extreme were amazing in making good the mistake of us two ditsies (along with lots of sympathetic laughter). Hence, a disaster was averted. My two boys thought it was a ridiculous error but we all had a great time in the end. Loads of trampolines and the sponge pit and dive choice is mad! Thanks guys!

The kids LOVED both the trampling and the meal with slush puppy of choice!



But as an adult I have some suggestions that would have helped me and other adults with me:



* need better signage up and down the floors

* need toilets closer to viewing area and eating rooms

* need clearer, faster access to play area from viewing balcony. My child hurt herself and going it extremely hard to gain access to comfort

* attendants were poor on first aid

Have been twice now...once as a participant with my boy...and absolutely loved it and the second time as a spectator with the grandparents as it was a kiddies birthday...only criticism is the music is a tad loud...which is ironic as I work in a nightclub...but the grandparents found it difficult to stay long bcoz of it...cracking place tho and friendly staff

We found the staff on the desk weren't very helpful we didn't know where to go. Where u wait to go in for the talk was quite small and when there is a lot of people in there it got very hot. It's not sign posted very well and there were lots of buckets on the floor where I presume the roof leaks. The kids enjoyed it.

Why is it your £3.95 session is on at 8 pm to late for young children why not do it in the day . Thought it was a special price in the school holiday 8 pm is not a good time for young children

Massive letdown tonight. As a group, we love coming to the trampoline park during the week for fun and a chill out after work. However, we had massive issues tonight at the park down to a group of overgrown children who decided the trampolines were a great place to run around to chase each other, completely disregarding everyone else who was there and the safety of everyone else. This completely ruined our evening, more so when a couple of them decided to jump on my friend and I in the foam pit which resulted in one of them really hurting my foot.



What was worse is the staff didn't say anything to them. They were affecting the safety of others so why wasn't anything said to them? Massive letdown.

Well what a disappointing first visit- if you can call it that. We started by waiting in a queue at reception, we were waiting for approx 15mins before being served(which was very tedious with 4 young children) only to be told that the trampolines were upstairs. There was no clear signage anywhere depicting this. By the time we got upstairs all the people who were originally behind us in the queue were now in front of us. Another long wait ensued. When we finally reached the front we were bluntly asked”did you book online?” When we replied no there was no response, we were simply ignored as she greeted the people behind us. When we questioned this we were told”she’ll sort you out”. We waited again. Finally we had filled out the forms and just as my mother in law was paying the “teenager” behind the desk said we were not allowed in. Her reasoning being that we were required to have an adult for every child. At no point in our now 30 min wait (and interaction with 3 members of staff)were we informed of this. The staff were very rude, and left our children in tears. Luckily Freedog was more accommodating and will be getting our future business.

The age has changed for children to bounce without a paying adult to 8. This is only stated in the small print terms and conditions and not all staff were aware. My friend and I had 4 very disappointed kids today (11, 10, 9 and 7 years old) as although we had planned on sitting in with them the 7 year old could not take part unless one of us paid in full including buying socks, even though neither of us would be taking part. The member of staff that we saw asked ages as we were paying at the desk but plenty of others that had obviously booked tickets online with younger children went in without being challenged. This is a big change it has not been advertised and I feel that "better" are taking advantage of the school holidays to collect more money by charging for an adult who will only be observing.

On a normal night, this is a very fun and enjoyable experience; however, tonight, a group of lads were running around jumping on a trampoline you were on and the staff did nothing. My friend got her foot stood on in the foam because the lads were messing about being careless. I then went on a trampoline only to be nearly knocked out because another lad was being careless and not looking where other people were going. The staff make you watch a video about safety to prevent injuries and are meant to enforce this; however, having had these experiences tonight, it appeared that the staff didn't care. They watched these lads and said nothing. I am very disappointed tonight at the carelessness of the these lads ruining it for everyone else.

Not suitable for small children! Wanted to do something different with my 4 year old and 21 month old. Took us about and hour to get in and out the place as getting in with a puschair is very complicated! Staff manning each area but never telling the big kids to move on, my son couldn't get on anything. In their for 15mins and couldnt wait to get out. Biggest waste of £25!

Hi @BetterExtreme shocking service, bad customer experience, disappointed children and adults. You were oversubscribed not enough trampolines for everyone, we paid for 3 adults that didn’t use trampolines and 6 children that barely bounced for 20 min. When I complained I received bad customer service, being told that likelihood of being refunded is low and how you don’t receive many complaints and there suggesting that “my complaint wasn’t valid enough. “ The service I paid for I didn’t receive and I was not valued as a customer when complaining about service I received and signed up for.
