Wedding Table Styling.
Styling tablescapes for couples is one of my favourite parts of the job! A well styled table really makes an impact. I think of wedding tables as a blank canvas and start by adding layers. Styling the table with different textiles such as table cloths and runners, or drape with beautiful fabrics and sheer linens.
I consider textures when choosing vintage props and decor for centrepieces. Antique brass candle sticks and mismatched cut glass bud vases ref...lect the light and sparkle in the evening. Putting together the small collection of beautiful vintage props I add flowers, foliage and even fruit to form the centrepieces.
Finally setting the table with pre-loved vintage crockery, cutlery and mismatched cut glasses is another way to add interest to the tables. Who says functional pieces have to be boring? I think that vintage tableware is the perfect finishing touch.

Handwritten Signage.
Hands up if you are a little excited about the slight chill in the air? Or is it just me?! I love Autumn and can't wait to see the leaves change colour!
Here's one of my vintage chalk board signs, with a handwritten quote from last year's Autumn inspired wedding photo shoot. Handwritten signage is another service I offer as part of my styling packages, which are about to launch soon.

Today's stunning venue was The Milwards Estate . We provided an afternoon tea vintage crockery and cutlery package for 70 guests for the lovely @connie&cooper ladies to fill with tasty treats.

Don't you just LOVE these pastel coloured tulle skirts by Elsie's Attic! Check out the stunning real women modelling them from the celebration of women shoot we had the pleasure of styling.

We had such a lovely baby shower, the crockery really made the tea feel special. It all looked wonderful laid out and I’m sure the scones and cake tasted better for it! Fantastic service, we would definitely use your service again if we ever had another special occasion.

The chair covers really made our wedding, the room wouldn't of looked the same without them. They were immaculate and just so elegant and stunning, my guests still talk about them now! Not only that - Helen is so so lovely, she did everything she could to help us get them on time and wish us well on our big day. This is why you support independent! Thank you Betty Loves Vintage!
