Many will either not heard. or have been misinformed as to the benefits that "Infrared Heat Lamps" give. A form of treatment that goes back to early 1900's and before! Beurer, a German-based company are the manufacturers of these lamps, amongst many other top items!

A friend who has for years suffered from sciatic nerve pain, which is deliberating, after many various treatments. which include, Chiropractors. Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, finally neurologists - despite me telling her about my late Father who suffered from excruciating knee problems. with the only relief obtained from the Infrared Heated Lamp. She finally decided to look into this form or therapy, as the next step was major surgery.

Last week, my wife and I purchased a compact humidifier made by your company. After having used it for 3 days the light has stopped working and the vapour production has almost halved, despite cleaning and maintaining according to the instructions provided. The device is in our bedroom next to our newborns moses basket. The product was working well and the improvement to my son's breathing patterns was quite noticeable. The worst customer service I have ever received. The representative Victor, was arrogant, rude, and a bully. He refused to let me speak with a supervisor and hung up on me twice. Do not buy any of their products! They do not stand behind them!

I bought an electric blanket in September 2015. It set fire to my bed in March 2016. I have sent the product back and asked that I be compensated for the mattress. It is now 2 months down the line and you have not even apologised let alone given me any sort of compensation. You company is a disgrace and I will now send the pictures onto a lawyer and the media. I have given you so much time to resolve this. I shall not take this lying down.
