Not going to lie this one got me tested today !!!
BMW 125d 2012 already tuned by another company , although making good power the curve was awful with spikes that you could feel whilst driving on the road , smoking excessively also
Once a true stock file found , I managed to piece together a good base file and start building a good healthy torque and bhp curve , zero smoke and much less boost pressure than previous tune

To enable more F Series map development we decided to add one to our fleet a few weeks back
2016 Bmw 335d Xdrive Mperformance 8spd Auto
These use the latest version of the N57 based engine with the ZF8HP70 gearbox
... In stock form they are very quick and capable cars with 308bhp and 465lbft
We decided to push our own vehicle a little further on the software side to see how well it coped, with the rest of the car totally standard our aim was to push past the 400bhp and 600lbft figure , not just for dyno numbers but to see how well it faired on the track and in everyday driving conditions
We use two local independent Dynos for all our testing and measuring to prove our work is real
First tune we made and tested was 389bhp 601lbft at Enginetuner dyno , in real world driving this was a very good tune and made an astonishing improvement over stock , pulls very well when needed with smooth and efficient throttle response in all driving modes
At our local 1/4 Mile drag racing event our car managed to win its class and set a good time of 12.3 seconds on this setup
Few weeks in we decided to push on a little more , still retaining the standard components on the car we worked on a stronger software solution to see how it handled it , of course all the time logging and recording all parameters Egt monitoring , Dpf saturation and soot content , Afr , Charge air temps , and clutch history etc
Second developed tune saw a staggering 422bhp and 672lbft this time tested on ARM Bmw and Motorsport Dyno
This obviously started to have an effect on the stock setup by recording higher than average Egts , Charge air temps and clutch capabilities with this in mind it was literally a temporary tune
Next 1/4mile event our car once again winning its class and along the way beating some other very fast cars like RS3,s, Golf R,s C63,s with a staggering 1/4 mile time of 12.03
What we found was the car although very fast wasn’t happy at that amount of power , the gearbox and xdrive system threw up some warnings about clutch temperature along with very high Dpf saturation
What’s needed to keep the engine happy at that power would be a upgrade intercooler at the least with torque capped at 620lbft maximum
A Dpf removal would free up power yes but is an MOT Failure and we do not recommend this
Right now we have “Detuned” the car back to its 404bhp and 613lbft , chemically cleaned the Dpf to keep everything happy
Why did we do this ?
1. To prove how good these cars can be tuned 2. To test in real world conditions the limits of power vs drivability and longevity 3. To set the local 1/4 mile record for a Diesel 4. Cause we can 😉

This car came into us a few weeks back for tuning as the owner didn’t think it was performing very well
After a few Dyno runs and logging straight away we could see it was down on power and having boosting issues , advised the customer to get the car fixed and bring back when ready
... A faulty part on the Turbo was diagnosed and replaced and car rebooked
Running an Apr intake upgrade we built and wrote a specific tune for this vehicle , massive improvement in delta gains and peak power throughout the Rev range

Another super clean F Series 330d Auto now running our Bevo Performance software

As always tested and measured in stock format with data-logs taken , analysed for all parameters to find optimal results
... After a few calibration revisions and sweep tests we found the perfect setup as always resulting in a good bhp and torque increase keeping the vehicle happy and well within its safe parameters including emission strategy and control
Best of all drivability is improved throughout with enhanced throttle response, smoother power delivery and a wider powerband , in everyday driving we would actually expect to see an improvement in mpg also

Everyone knows I love a Lamborghini
Few weeks back we were invited back up to London to work on another very special project
Our work partners Raj Singh @Supercar Service London had in this new Lamborghini Huracan Performante for some upgrades
... Of course our job was to work on the Ecu power upgrade for this car
The Performante Edition Huracan comes from factory with an already impressive 631bhp at 8000rpm and 601nm
As always we tune on an independent dyno to prove our work is genuine and true thanks to Dyno Developments own dyno and facility in London for hosting us
Using Lamborghini Main Dealer diagnostic equipment we recorded all data whilst running sweep tests back to back
In stock format the Performante was tested at an average power output of 618bhp 596nm
With our Base map loaded on we then tested and reworked the Ecu Calibrations while carefully monitoring Engine parameters like Afr , Ignition , temps etc
After a full day of work it was finished on a power output of 656bhp and 661nm
Finished by a Gearbox adaptation reset and clutch re-learn , then best of all road test 😎

if only the ability to give more than 5 stars was available these guys both Simon and Nathan deserve it to start I went down and had my car mapped and all was fine except my dpf was over half ful which didn't seem an issue given that these cars spontaneous regen and clear themselves however a few days later I had been driving down the a38 towards Plymouth when my car went limp mode the next step after that was a total night mare I can't share the video but it would barely run and if it did it sounding like bottom end but needless to say although my car going wrong had nothing to do with them or the software they installed they went above and beyond there efforts to help me fix it.. it however turned out to be a blocked DPF so was cleaned and car runs sweet as a nut especially now I can feel the difference in performance from the map ... absolutely brilliant company and genuine guys so glad I went with my guts and came to these to have my remap brilliant can't thank them enough . apologies for the long review bit I am overwhelmed by the good true nature to these blocks .. well done ��

Would highly recommend mr bevo really did make loads off difference too my car and my old mans transit m sport,he’s cheap really only wants a cup off tea for doing it�

What can I say. More than impressed with this man and the remap. Simon clearly knows exactly what he is doing. The fact he writes his own maps stands him out from almost every other company in Cornwall. It really is a custom tune rather than a generic map. He is passionate about his work meaning you get the best results regardless off how long it takes. He waited around for an hour just to show me the map he had done. He took me for a spin and I was very impressed. So much more power and torque and smooth with it. The car was independently tested on a dyno to prove his work. Overall I can't recommend you enough. Thank you very much.

Visited these guys today to have the VW emissions "fix" removed from my Scirocco Gt Tdi 170 and a stage 1 map on top. The guys were absolutely great about it all. Nathan was really approachable and informative letting me know everything they were doing and why. They clearly know their stuff and the car feels great to drive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have no doubt their aftercare would be top notch too. The car made strong gains and I couldn't be happier with it all. Wish them all the best with their business and shall no doubt be back in the future �

Simon managed to drag my 109 Vito from a massively underpowered 74 bhp to just over 134 bhp and the peak power has moved from a rediculous 2500rpm up to nearer 4000rpm. The van is now fun to drive rather than a chore and I only wish I had done this year's ago.



I have yet to properly work out the mpg but a rough guess it looks to have increased by at least 50%.



All in all a big thumbs up from me and I shall be using them then next time any of my vehicles need a tune.

Seen Simon and Nathan today for a remap on my vw scirocco tdi , very well impressed with the service provided not a generic map but custom to what I wanted.

The test drive felt like a different car and it is also a lot quieter,the drive home took me twice as long as I didn't want to stop driving it and ended up going the long way, a lot quicker �thanks guys. ��

Really impressed by these guys, customer service is faultless and now my 435d feels stupidly quick with proof to back it up!

Just had my Audi a4 and my Son's Audi a6 remapped . Absolutely spot on. Can't fault these boys. I would highly recommend them every time. They sorted out my annoying smoke problem from a previous bad map, and have made it run considerably quicker and smoother than before. My Son is loving it. He's got the biggest smile on his face he's ever had. The whole experience was worth every penny spent on it. A big thanks to Big Nath for doing an amazing job. Weldone boys.

I took my Vw T5 2.5di to Bevo Tuning. Which previously had a horrible map! Bevo removed it and replaced it with his own. The Van now pulls off the line smoothly with no sudden jolts, and just keeps on pulling! The power is unbelievable, you've really got to keep an eye on the speed now as a tonne arrives very quickly! The service was top quality, equipment was brand new, and customer loyalty was offered for future mapping if needed. These guys really don't mess you around. I booked in, and they saw me within a week. They even traveled down to a centre closer to me to make it easier.

I am the owner of Transporter Cornwall so I have Audi A8’s which are known for complexity in their modules and various interested systems. They’ve remapped my previous 3.0tdi Audi A8L and when I bought my most recent edition to the fleet I called them in again to do both this and a second car I had here. They came to my home as arranged and were extremely knowledgable and gave me everything that I asked for.



The way my cars drive after the mapping they’ve done is hard to believe that for example my 5.4 metre Audi Limousine can keep up and ultimately pass decent respectable sports cars at 160 mph where you’d never believe it was possible.



I sit at 110 mph for 76 Miles regularity and the car with cruise control on will give back plus 42 mpg’s! But the way this car sits and is smooth and quiet whilst pacing through the gears so effortlessly is nothing short of amazing, why Audi didn’t do this from retail so they could sell a better car is beyond me.



These are the only people you need, if you’re reading this and back on google looking for others then don’t bother nobody I know is fussier than me with my cars, I’d not use anyone else ever again and I send dozens of people to Bevo tuning and their comments match my own.

Had my megane 225 mapped today by bevo.

Cant believe the difference in power and response of the power.

Even after diagnosing a faulty dump valve and working out it was down on power after his touch she was soon singing again to the point where she nearly touched 300bhp. A 100bhp increase from the morning.



Can't recommend the bevo guys enough.

Had my Focus St mapped today, can’t stop grinning, told Simon I was after better economy etc then the figures started climbing. After initial overboost issues, these were quickly sorted and I’m very happy with the results, car is transformed. Bugger the fuel economy!!!! Cheers Simon

Had my 320d remapped today, the increase in performance is next to none, brilliant service and top guys down at Bevo. Would highly recommend. They certainly know their stuff

Had my 15 plate transit custom remapped by bevo today... It's awesome ford should have made them like this from the factory, it's unbelievable to drive it's so much smoother and quieter running plus it pulls like a train. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these boys to anyone and everyone.

Had my 120d mapped by bevo on Thursday and I am over the moon with how it is now, can’t recommend them enough.

Had both my vehicles done by team Bevo and the difference is like night and day. Both the T5 and the passat are no longer slugs at the lights. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again. There are many other tuners out there but these guys know there stuff and are the best around make them your first and only call when thinking about tuning your vehicle.

Had My Volkswagen T5 mapped by another company which I was never happy with, using a lot of fuel and an aggressive power delivery, struggled to get it through its mot because of the over fuelling and emissions.

Simon came to me and sorted it the van, now it's a smooth drive and I'm getting a lot better mpg, so pleased with what he did can't recommend him enough

Absolute amazing guys couldn't recommend them enough my car had major issues and they sorted the issues and in return got an amazing car back thanks guys
