About Bexhill Sea Angling Club
Bexhill Sea Angling Club has been the home of sea angling in Bexhill for 101 years.
We are a small friendly club with around 150 angling members. We have beach
and boat fishing sections, running competitions and championships for both.

Really good night out fishing with the youth section last night. Fishing an hour each side of low water we hoped for a few fish but the May rot seems to have kept the fish away..or did it?? Ben, fishing for only the second time managed a last cast bite that quite literally took his rod off the rest. A quick sprint and rod catch by James stopped the rod going into the sea. He handed the rod over to Ben, whose rod is was and the young man handled his first ever fish like a seas...oned angler. He guided the powerful fish towards the sand even though it made a couple of strong attempts to break free. Several minutes after the bite, Ben brought ashore a fighting fit and angry bass. Weighing in at 4lb 4oz and with photographic evidence taken and the fish released to grow larger. What a fish to catch for your first - may we all catch more and bigger.

Open beach fishing comp 11 to 3, rover. Book at the clubhouse from 9.30 and back to the club for weight in. £5.00 plus £1.00 heaviest fish pool
