Bexley Bootcamp Description

Our group workouts are appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience, weather you’re a seasoned weekend warrior or just starting out.

Bexley Bootcamp is appropriate for people training to:

- Lose Weight
- Build Muscle
- Tone Up

In each 45 minute session we target whole body conditioning to get you lean, strong and fast, all the while educating you on how to rule your body. We work on large whole body movements, strength exercises, balance and stability. Specific muscle groups are targeted and we use high intensity training to get you working as hard as you can to promote an athletic physique.

You’ll be using a wide range of kit to maximise performance and results; kettle bells, suspension trainers, resistance bands, medicine balls and the best tool you have – your own body!

Bexley Bootcamp meets at Hall Place Sports Pavilion every Saturday morning at the following times:

0900 – 0945 (meeting at 0845)
1000 – 1045 (meeting at 0950)
