The BE Devon team are really looking forward to joining-in the fun at the Totnes Show this weekend. We won't be shearing any sheep but we will have mini-massages on offer from our BE You Spa team, tasty nibbles from our BE Tempted Restaurant and even BE Wild! If you’re looking to unwind... this is the place to be. BE Tempted by a delicious meal with some of our BE Tipsy! wine, indulge in a shoulder dropping massage or maybe take a dip in our lovely bubbly outdoor vitality pool? Actually… why not a little bit of each? 🙌

We had a 2 bedroom lodge with a fully enclosed garden and a hot tub! Was so clean and well presented, had everything we needed. We had a dog with us who had more than enough room to run around. All the employees were polite as friendly, spoke to you as if they’d known you for years - everyone was dog friendly playing with our pup as they’d go past. Had someone come clean the hot tub every morning at 9.30 was always polite. Had enough room for one car right outside. Complimentary scones, jam and cream as well as tea and coffee. Was a lovely size house, big enough for a family of 4 and no fighting for bathrooms as it had 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The restaurant had lovely food and was a good price for the food available. Definitely will be going back!!

Visited this place for a Spa Day and Afternoon tea and was very pleasantly surprised! Very well kept and clean spa. The facilities were good and the general decor was very tasteful and modern. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea was very yummy! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family :)

Will be returning soon!

Updated rating to 5:Just got back from our Easter visit. The lodge was excellent, the staff (particularly Sandra) were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was good enough that we ate there twice for dinner and had breakfast after we'd checked out. Glad we gave them a second chance, so much so we'll probably go again.



Updated rating to 3: Beyond Escapes have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a second opportunity to experience their venue. Will update further once we have visited at Easter.





Initial Comment: So disappointed that our half term holiday was cancelled at 24hrs notice. We were advised a few weeks ago that we would be moved to a finished area so the alarm

bells were ringing then. We were assured everything would be fine. Obviously not!

Such an amazing day..my Mother’s Day treat from my daughter and sons..beautiful environment..very relaxing..loved the infinity pool and the massage was second to none with the lovely Stephanie..delicous afternoon tea too..all in all a very enjoyable day

Relaxation room, vitality pool, sauna, steam room, foot spa, beautiful rooms and amazing views!

Really impressed, had what was the best Facial I have ever had by Sue loved all the products used and Sue took the time to use the products that would best suit me

The spa facilities were amazing, agree with one earlier comment a wood board outside the shower would be good but again by far the best shower room with the lovely Elemis shower gel and body cream supplied.

Will definitely be booking again, am hoping that the spa does not get overcrowded in busy times was perfect yesterday with about 10 people rotating

My 3 daughters and I went to Beyond Escapes last night for a spa evening , a facial and we finished off with an evening meal . From start to finish we felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff were friendly and very professional. The surroundings and facilities were beautiful , and our meal was amazing. All in all an experience worth every penny. Thank you Beyond Escapes

Me and my mum have been here a few times now for spa afternoons and we can’t recommend it enough. Receptionists, therapists and waiting staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Facilities are small but are of great quality. It never seems to be overcrowded considering the treatment spaces are generally fully booked. Very relaxing! Thank you.

Luxury, beautify spa with beautiful landscape views and outstanding staff. Very modern and also excellent restaurant, delicious food and superb staff/customer service who makes you very relax and very welcome. This place is just very very nice. Highly recommended.

Just got back from a 4 day break. Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed at, so quiet and peaceful & in the perfect spot to be able to explore Devon. It was also so nice to be able to take my pooches to such a modern place. The hot tub was so nice � Definitely booking again soon! Highly recommend ����

Just arrived home after the most relaxing day ever, my first experience at a spa. Booked months ago for my mums birthday treat but due to snow earlier in the year we had to rebook. The wait was so worth it. The staff were absolutely lovely, so polite and happy to help you with anything. Our treatments and the use of the facilities were gorgeous. Extremely impressed. Will 100% be back very very soon! Food was also 10/10. Highly recommend and was well worth our 2 hour drive! Sophie, the lovely lady who did our treatments was very professional and friendly � thank you beyond escapes for making my mum and I feel refreshed and revitalised.

Just arrived home after a fantastic week. We stayed in 2 bedroom lodge with hot tub. Can’t fault the accommodation...it was lovely. We used the restaurant on 4 occasions, for breakfast and dinner. The food was gorgeous and the service spot on. Special thanks to Steve, who makes a mean Espresso Martini and who goes over and above to make guests feel welcome. The setting is beautiful and in an ideal location for seeing the stunning sights of Devon. We will definitely be returning.

I was working in Torquay and need a couple of nights stay. Didn’t fancy the usual suspects so gave Beyond Escapes a try....... do it.



Fantastic setting in the rolling Devon countryside, views of the sea, great atmosphere in the on sit bar and really good simple menu, all sourced locally and cooked to order. My cottage was gorgeous with everything needed to live away from home, including a HIT TUB on the deck!! Bed was comfy, en suite was very nicely finished, underfloor heating was great.

I attended this evening for the open event and i am totally blown away!! Every single member of staff were impeccable. A little shout out to Sophie (I think that was her name) who was our tour guide, to Sue who gave me a truly lovely facial and then to finish it off the very handsome Richard who kindly showed us around the lodges and mansion. You will definitely be seeing a lot more of me ��

Had the most wonderful visit to Beyond Escapes Devon this weekend. Woke to bird's song in a beautiful lodge and stunning scenery. The spa was fantastic, and dinner with friends and family on Saturday was brilliant. Delicious bruschetta - and can highly recommend the house red! Can't wait to come back.

Had our first visit to Beyond Escapes Restaurant last night and the food was very tasty! House wine went down a treat also!

Great menu selection and portion sizes very generous, The staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.

The facilities looked amazing also, especially the hot tubs!!! Can’t wait to try them out!! We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Can’t rate this place enough! Amazing facial. Almost an hour of pure indulgence. Beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous food and prosecco and excellent value for money. Will certainly be back!

Booked a mansion suite at short notice, and really didn’t know what to expect, but it was fantastic find. Restaurant and bar are excellent, and not an afterthought for those who don’t want to self cater. There is access to the spa facilities and the small but well designed and air conditioned gym. Excellent location from where to explore some of the key points of interest. Stunning views to the coast, fantastic staff and beautiful accommodation. Absolutely recommend it.

Enjoyed a spa package yesterday. Best facial I’ve ever had. The spa is small but beautifully formed. Just a few finishing touches needed.

Loved the individual changing rooms complete with shower but they needed some kind of mat or board to soak up the drips outside the shower as the floor remains wet for the next person. Small point but would make all the difference.

Also sat down to dry my hair only to find that the mirror was far too high to see into. Again, something which can easily be fixed.

The outdoor spa pool was heavenly. Beautifully warm and fantastic views.

We had a light lunch included in our package. I didn’t fancy anything on the menu but they were only too happy to make me a delicious sandwich.

We had a little wander around outside and the newly built accommodation looks fantastic. Still a work in progress but you can’t beat the views. I’d stay there.

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

With a few finishing touches I would give five stars.
