The BHD process includes understanding your objectives: exploring - current data available, competition and talking to customers; defining - your target audience; creating - relevant messages and offers for that audience; and building, monitoring, iterating and reporting on campaigns. Having worked for start-ups and corporates I have a commercial perspective on all projects. Rather than re-inventing the wheel, all projects start with an audit and research to establish what is currently working and what isn't, and what the competition is doing, and a project plan put together from there.
