B&H Motors Ltd Seat

Disappointed in the dealership. Went to them to look at a paint issue on brand new Cupra. Seemed reluctant to help with a warranty claim and preferred to blame the scratch on another dealer. I left.

Subsequently attended VW / Cupra approved Bodyshop to be told it’s clearly a manufacturing paint defect! Not a great Cupra brand experience in this dealership and very unhelpful.

Good initial chat about a part exchange but since I live 120 miles away told them i would be back 2 days later for a test drive they sold the car without letting me know.No further comment

My 5th Car from B&H motors today. Could not ask for better service. Always a pleasure to buy from them.

Fantastic service from Jon and his team at B and H motors. Helped me with everything from choosing and financing my new car. Very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to go through and explain all the details and even gave me a lift home :)..would definitely recommend especially for someone looking at getting their first car like me.
