cancannot thank them enough, iI went in yesterday with a broken front tooth petrified and within 24hrs, iI now have the best smile ive had in years, very patient and ununderstanding of my concerns, put me totally at ease, Extensive surgery completed with everything explained in great detail along the way, after todays experience im no longer scared x

Was here for my partner and could not ask for a better dentist he is now pain free �

Very polite and extremely friendly staff, my husband had work done. He's terrified of the dentists and it's difficult to get him near one, however he had a filling and a tooth extraction With sedation and never felt a thing. He says he'd go back there anytime, we highly recommend.

Very nervous patient following bad experience elsewhere.

I visited as an emergency patient yesterday and received excellent care and treatment from both the dentist (Daniel I think) and an extremely friendly dental nurse. The dentist was very calm listened to me and talked me through each step of the treatment and my options.

I had the nerve removed yesterday and will return next week for follow on treatment.

Very impressed with how quickly they got me in. My dentist had me on a waiting list told me it will take 4 weeks with a different hospital after the 4 weeks of being in pain with a broken infected tooth I called the hospital who informed me that the waiting list is actually 18 weeks and I had been misinformed I phoned my dentist on the Friday very upset, they called me back after 10 mins saying Bhandals Cradley can get you in Monday for an assessment after going there for my assessment appointment at 12.10 they managed to book me in for a sedation at 14.30 took out my wisdom and broken tooth and no longer in agony. Thanks so much Bhandals if only I would have known sooner x

To see so many staff this morning that have braved a nasty journey in to work was amazing. Great service and after a 3 hour stint in the chair it’s the best I’ve felt in over a week. Thank you!

My normal dentist is in Dosthill Tamworth. Referred here for quicker treatment than at hospital. Assessed last Wednesday, in today, excellent care when I had my tooth taken out with sedation......highly recommend �

My daughter who was terrified of having her teeth removed, after a bad experience at our own dentist, was refered here to undergo sedation to removed 2 teeth. The staff and dentists here were amazing, they were all so friendly, constantly reassured her, took their time and explained everything at length to her and me. Can't thank them enough for their care, and putting my daughter at ease .

I had two wisdom teeth taken out today, under sedation after being pertrified, the dentist was very gentle with me and reassured me. The process was very quick as well.

I found out through Bhandal DENTAL Practice that I had gum disease. They did an initial clean, showed me the best way to clean my teeth which I should have know anyway. That was Thursday 31st August. Went back Satureday just gone for the second of two cleans plus a polish. With their advice followed, my gums have improved so much in a short space of time. Back there again in about three months for check up. The dentist knew I was a nervous patient & not once did he hurt me. Three times in all in the last two years I've visited this particular DENTAL practice. Before that I used Asden House in West Bromwich. I felt uncomfortable there as they didn't seem at all bothered that I was nervous. Best decision I ever made concerning a dentist! �

Fabulous staff, so caring, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. First time my teeth have been so good in many years.

Brilliant made my son feel very relaxed today and fitted him in very quickly

Been today for a checkup still great service nice dentist and the nurse with the red hair who looked after us was lovely see u in six months xx

As someone who has a phobia with extractions I have to say this practice is brilliant! '...I had tooth taken out today under sedation and they looked after me one hundred percent

I've had a couple of horrible experience with dentist so I don't have needles no more need to be sedated they are easy to talk to and recently had one member who made me feel so comfortable

I was told that i have gum desease which i didn't know i had till they told me. My other Dentist didn't tell me. They explain what i must do to to clean my teeth properly and use brush floss inbetween the teeth. Showed me a mirrow showed the gum was strinking away from my teeth and said my teeth was a liitle wobbly and it will fall out. I may need antibiotics but not at the moment. Back again 6mths time if your gum bleed when brushing them go to the dentist to find out why.

Staff was rude and no time for my daughter who has autism all they needed todo was just take there time and be carm but I had to leave the room when she wasn’t coping ( not by choice) wont ever be going back there again

Left the glue on my teeth after taking my brace off early before teeth was fully corrected. As soon as last payment was received, the next appointment the brace was off. Had a scale and polish payed for treatment after first appointment second appointment lasted 2mins and staining was still left on my teeth. I will no longer use this dentist practice. I would advise anybody to avoid at all costs.
