Love the lady who usually man's the stall in festival place. She does my eyebrows every 2 weeks and is brilliant. I did have another Lady who must have been covering last time and slightly changed one of my eyebrows so looked different to the other one but not too bad as growing back quick.

I had a shellac manicure done on Saturday and I was very impressed with my nails. I went in a rush as I had a birthday party and I didn't have an appointment but Helen was very kind to accommodate me and did a brilliant job! Everyone at work has commented how lovely my nails look and I have recommended that they try this salon as well. I will definitely come back, thanks Helen! x

Always get my eyebrows threaded here and never had a problem. Lovely friendly staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

First time going here. Pedi was ok ive had better. Best thing was the massage chair. Staff were reasonably friendly but more inteterested in chatting to each other. Wouldnt rush back.

Went there last week for individual lashes and I was given cluster ones. (Not happy) Then to pay £25 pounds for these and then I find they don’t even last a week. I will never be returning the this salon. Staff we ok but could do with more training on how to talk to a customer. Very disappointed in my result

I was disappointed after my recent visit to Bhavi Beauty. This salon lacks atmosphere and warmth. Quite literally warmth, it is freezing in there. Nobody asks if they can take your coat and just as well really as you'll need it! The girls talk amongst themselves in their own language whilst you sit there wondering if they are talking about you..this is rude!

My deluxe shellac manicure is poor, uneven, patchy and untidy. If I was paying a subsidised price for a trainee to do my nails I would have expected this but I wasn't it cost £35. Not worth it for the atmosphere or the treatment. I will be removing it and going elsewhere to have them done again properly. I wish I had seen the reviews before booking as I wouldn't have bothered. My fault for not doing my research. Sorry that I have reviewed negatively but I have to be honest and I wasted £35, some people can't afford to do that so need to know what they are getting. :-(

Had a pedicure and was very disappointed. Pedicure price is online as £25 but I was charged £48! I wasn't informed that the shellac polish put on my toes would cost £15 extra and it was £7 to remove the polish I already had on. The polish is chipped and peeling after 2 weeks and looks awful. Used Bhavi for my nails before but won't be returning after this experience.

Few times I have been there for eye brow threading havr been ok but the last visit found the lady very rude and in a hurry to get the job done. Was mainly chatting away n rushed through the job. Then when I pointed to her a spot that was undone she very bluntly said there was no hair there and didn't do anything.

Went to buy a voucher , really unfortunate experience, treated badly after misunderstanding, spoken about in a foreign language, threatened and generally abused by staff, got my money back eventually after consulting centre staff for advice!! Near miss really after reading the reviews !!

Very disappointing experience - opted for the hd eyebrows - the lady didn't listen during initial consultation - spent the whole of the time whilst doing my treatment talking to her collegue in their own language and the finished result was clown eyebrows!! I actually had to ask the man on reception for a wipe to remove them before leaving the shop!! He did not ask any questions as to why I was removing the eyebrows I'd just had done purely asked for my money! I did not even want to hang around and complain !!! I was stuck with these massive black caterpillar eyebrows for several days due to the black dye that had been used !!! I've got blonde hair for goodness sake!!! Also please be aware these girls are not hd trained , they are trained on the shop floor!

Unless you want 3rd degree burns....avoid like the plague!! Worst beauty place you will ever come across

I went here for a foot spa and it was my first time, the staff are just so rude, no interaction with customers at all. They talk punjabi and I’m white Pakistani so they didn’t know I could understand everything they were saying they are disrespectful and the service was crap I wouldn’t go again and don’t recommend anyone to go there

I am absolutely fuming after my visit today, not only did the man threading my eyebrows take a very long time, he left a lot of hairs and has ruined my eyebrow shape! Thanks for my completely uneven eyebrows. I didn't notice at the time as I was desperate to get out; I've been coming to BB for ages but never again after today

Horrible place to get your eyebrows done. Untrained staff, not professional at all. And the lady on the payment till didn't even greet and respond. Will never return back!

Heard from a friend who went in for a bikini wax that the lady pretty much forced her to have a full Brazilian (which she said she didn't want) and proceeded to tell her that her husband would appreciate how clean and neat it would be. It is not anyone's job to tell you how your husband likes you to be, I'm fuming on her behalf. What a horrible woman. She then forced her to pay £48 when it was supposed to be £28 as she just wanted a bikini line wax, and was so rude to her she made her cry. DO NOT GO HERE.

Complete lack of professionalism. Not only was the lady constantly distracted by talking to a colleague (not in English) she also messed up my eyebrows and cut a chunk out of the middle. You know, like when the men razor bladed a bit out in the 90's to look cool....





Not only that but one of their daughters was asleep on the sofa with a blanket over her....

Came to have some acrylic nails done Saturday. Nail technician barely said two words to me for the two hours or so I was there. Made my two thumbs bleed and the and now have cuts on them. And to top it off the nails are not only different lengths but they are already coming apart. Won't be coming back! Avoid!

Am discusted with bhavi beauty. Went into shop to make an appointment for a couple of treatments this morning at 9.30am. Turned up earlier as thought I would get my eye brows done also and the shop was shut! Waited until 9.30 and shop still shut. Stood outside and tried calling until 10.00am!

This is not a way to run a business and because of this I went elsewhere and you lost a substantial amount of money this morning.
